🌿 How do you ship your plants?

We ship with care and intention. Each plant is wrapped securely in eco-conscious packaging to protect its leaves, roots, and energy during transit. Packages typically ship Monday–Wednesday to avoid weekend delays.

To prevent the plant from sitting stuck on Sunday at USPS, we only ship on Monday and Tuesday.

For extra weather protection, the following add-ons are available at checkout:

  • 1 Ice Pack + Insulated Packaging — Recommended if temps are 80°F or above in your area

  • 1 Heat Pack + Insulated Packaging — Recommended if temps are below 40°F in your area

These options can be found in our Weather Protection Add-Ons section at checkout.

Note: Thryv Haus is not responsible for cold/heat damage, or delays by USPS/UPS that may cause damage or loss of the seedlings or plants. All plants will be packaged with care, and a photo will be provided to the customer before shipping.

Please take photos as soon as you’ve received the package if there are damages, and I will try my best to resolve any issues.


📦 What happens if my plant arrives damaged?

If your plant arrives damaged, please send a photo within 48 hours of delivery. While we do not offer guaranteed replacements or refunds due to our small business nature, we will always assess each situation with care. This may include store credit, a partial refund, or a discount on a future order depending on the situation.

Note: Damage caused by weather or shipping delays is not covered unless insulation add-ons were purchased.


📬 Do you ship nationwide?

Yes, we currently ship across the U.S. We’re working toward expanding in the future — sign up for our newsletter to stay in the loop.


🌱 What’s your return policy?

Due to the living nature of our products, we do not accept returns. However, if anything arrives in less-than-thriving condition, please reach out within 48 hours — your satisfaction is part of our mission.

We include care guidance with each order and have a full [Care & Nurture page] to support your journey. You’re also welcome to message us directly for personalized tips.


✨ Do you offer gift packaging or notes?

Absolutely. Just leave your gift message at checkout — we’ll include a handwritten note and wrap your plant in Thryv-style warmth and beauty.
